Earth Science Program

We aim to nurture professionals who will have specialized knowledge on the earth we live on and the ability of ethical judgement and who will play a proactive and leading role. In addition, the three points below are important determining characteristics for our program.

 

  • the ability to work, practically and based on high ethical standards, on the problems of the natural environment which humankind and local communities are facing;
  • advanced expertise and skills in the field of earth science and the ability to conduct surveys/research scientifically; and,
  • the ability to raise issues and solve problems scientifically and to present survey/research results appropriately.

Fields

 Our field is earth science.

 Students will learn specified topics systematically through a multiple of subjects so that they will grow into human resources who can respond to social seeds (new technology owned by companies) in their specific field.
