How to obtain the application forms
◎By post
To receive the application forms by post, please send a self-addressed envelope with stamps for ¥400 (¥780 for express delivery) to the address below. Please write “Request for master’s course application forms” in red ink near the university’s address.

To collect the application forms in person, please visit the office of the Graduate Admissions Officer, School of Science and Engineering (1st floor “Kyotsuto”) between 9am and 5pm（except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays）.
